Introduction
The Polymesh Portal is an interface for interacting with an account on the Polymesh Blockchain. It showcases some of the rich features available on Polymesh and is meticulously crafted with a responsive design that seamlessly adapts to different devices, including mobile phones and tablets.
The Claims Page facilitates efficient management of account claims within the Polymesh network. You can easily view details of all claims received or issued by their selected identity. Additionally, you have the capability to create claims that can be used with asset compliance rules to enforce on-chain transfer restrictions. Claims can be scoped to a specific asset, identities, or custom designation, allowing asset issuers the possibility to unlock the full capabilities of the comprehensive Polymesh on-chain compliance rules. The Claims Page offers a user-friendly interface to manage claims effectively.
The Claims Page
The claims page shows received and issued claims. You can view more details of them by clicking on the Details button, or sort them by different scopes.

Scope types
- Identity: This scope is applied to a specific identity. This can allow an issuer to reuse the identity claims across multiple assets they have issued.
- Ticker: This scope is applied to a specific ticker. This is the most restrictive scope as claims must specifically be created for this asset, but provides the most granular control of identity claims.
- Custom: This is a custom scope type. A value is required.
Claim Types
Through rules and claims, Polymesh enables you to automate the compliance framework applicable to your security tokens.
You can configure the following claim types:
- Buy Lockup: A claim that an individual or entity may not receive a token until a specified date
- Sell Lockup: A claim that an individual or entity may not transfer a token until a specified date.
- KYC: A claim that a Know Your Customer ("KYC") check has been conducted and has a specified expiry date or is valid in perpetuity.
- Jurisdiction: A claim about the country that a DID resides in.
- Accredited: A claim that an individual is an Accredited Investor or Experienced Investor.
- Affiliate: A claim that a DID is related to your company/organization in any way; such as, a Director or Officer, employee, subsidiary, etc.
- Exempted: A catch-all claim where a DID may not meet the other claim types but you still want them to be considered with respect to your token rule.
- Blocked: A claim that a DID may be blocked from receiving your token.
