Conflict between the Polkadot{.js} and Polymesh wallet extensions

You may experience connectivity issues with Polymesh applications (Token Studio, Dashboard, Governance, etc.) when both the Polkadot{.js} and Polymesh wallet extensions are installed in your browser. Error messages include "Error: Unable to handle message of type poly:pub(network.get)"

Polymesh applications are compatible with the Polymesh Wallet only.

To proceed, simply disable the Polkadot{.js} extension in your browser or install a separate instance of the Google Chrome browser with the Polymesh wallet extension dedicated to your activities on Polymesh.
