Introduction

The Polymesh Portal is an interface for interacting with an account on the Polymesh Blockchain. It showcases some of the rich features available on Polymesh and is meticulously crafted with a responsive design that seamlessly adapts to different devices, including mobile phones and tablets.

The Settings Page allows you to tailor your experience according to your preferences. You can change your connected wallet, set a default address for loading upon connection, block specific wallets from appearing in the UI, select custom RPC endpoints and Subquery instances, switch between light and dark themes, and access information about the connected chain. This high flexibility allows for a personalized user experience.

Wallet Settings

Currently Selected Wallet

You can change the connected wallet anytime from the Settings page by clicking on the wallet name you've already connected. You can choose Polymesh, Polkadot, Talisman, and Subwallet to connect to the portal:

Default wallet address

You can select a default wallet address from the Settings page as well. If you don't have a default wallet address selected, you will see it as "None". Click on it to select a default wallet address:

Select a default wallet address for the dropdown then apply it with the Apply button at the right bottom:

Removing the default wallet address

You can remove your default wallet address by clicking on the Remove Default button under the default wallet address selector:

Blocked Wallets

You can block specific wallets from appearing in the UI by clicking on the number on the right-hand side.

In the popup window, enter the Polymesh key then click on Block.
You can add more wallet addresses to block by clicking on the Block Wallet button, or unblock any previously blocked wallet address by clicking on the Unblock button:

RPC URL and Middleware URL

You can easily configure custom RPC endpoints and SubQuery instances with this setting. You can also reset values to default, or define an API key for Polymesh Middleware.
The official RPC and Middleware endpoints for Polymesh are:
