Recover access to Polymath

Hi,

I didn't access my Polymath account for almost a year, and can not access the Token Studio anymore. Anyone that can advise on how to access Polymath support, I went through the KYC, but right now I am not getting any respond email reply from Polymath through web forms.

  To recover your account you need your 12-word recovery phrase or a JSON backup of your account.
