Onboarding nightmare problem four

I have been struggle with onboarding process for mroe than one months now.  Still can not get through. Nothing works.

The customer service told me Fractal does not work. So I used Jumio  Later you told me again Jumio does not work and ask me to use the third CDD Myverify.   Guess what? 

Today I find the third CDD provider does not work either.  

I stuck at the very first page of MyVerify when the system asked me to enter a vistining code (访问代码） before I can process further. 

My question is, is that so hard to post a step by step guideline with screenshot?  So we can follow?

 

At least you go though the process by yourself and see how it is really a pain in ASS.
