Onborading is a nightmare. Problem three

I took some users advise and tried to get my account verified through different CDD providers.  

This is what happened after six days.  Still nothing happened and no one is answering anything and I have no places to ask what happened, untill I find this place to post problem .

All I want to say is that your service sucks.  You do not care user experience at all and I can not beleive any user have patient to go through all these nightmares.

Remember, all these steps takes time!

  We are sorry to hear what you are going through.
   
  This issue should have been solved, however the fix applies to new applications only.

  We are now working on a fix to replay the previous transactions.
