Reduce the number of interactions with submission windows and make work with the system faster.

Interaction with the interface obliges you to submit actions through the wallet very often. This slows down the work havily, because each time you need to wait for the wallet to load and then whait until the transaction will be confirmed.
There are two solutions:
1) The ability to allow the wallet to submit all requests automatically within a certain time (like 15-minutes password-free window);
2) Put submission tasks in the queue (in the background).
