Portfolio interface simplification

Combine the Portfolio and Holdings info into one window to simplify the interface. I issued a STO and it looks like the exact same info is repeated twice in these two windows. Maybe it makes sense when you have many many STO's but in my simple view it looks like its the same info in both windows.
