Problem for create account Polymesh

Hello,

Does anyone here know why I have this on my Polymesh account, I don't understand what it means, and how to answer it exactly, thank you

I have message "Your account is incomplete. The selected key is not linked to a Polymesh account. To use this key, you can integrate it through a Polymesh customer due diligence provider to create a new Polymesh account"

I have a key but it is not assigned, and when I want to create an account with my key, it tells me " Unexpected application error!
Failed to execute 'removeChild' on 'Node': the node to be removed is not a child of this node."

So impossible to create my account, even with my key.. Thank you so much if you know solution

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You don't need to create an authorization, just onboard to Polymesh through https://onboarding.polymesh.network/ and enter your Polymesh key (which begins with 2) when asked to.

Once your Polymesh key is verified, you can use it as a recipient for any transfer.
