Issue details
During a token distribution, the receiver might see an error popup as per the screenshot below:
Possible reasons and solutions
- The receiver does not have enough POLYX for the transaction to accept the incoming distribution. If there isn't a sufficient balance, the network will fail the transaction. The receiver needs to have a minimum amount of 0.2 POLYX available on their balance to accept the distribution.
- The receiver might have missing the uID from their wallet. The receiver needs to have their uID injected into their wallet.
Inject uID to Polymesh Wallet
In order to inject your uID, you can either:
1.a. Follow the link in the email with the subject "You’re almost onboarded onto Polymesh"
1.b. By logging in to the Polymesh Onboarding Portal there is a button to inject uID:
2. Accept your uID and sign the transaction with your wallet.
